What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offer local pickup at our two shops (General Home Depot and Smart Home Depot) and local delivery for our residential and business clients here on Curacao.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. For local delivery you must have an address registered here on Curacao.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For our clients who choose for local delivery, we strive for same day or next day delivery. Delivery estimations may vary depending on the size of the order and products, but will be clearly communicated once order processing begins.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Clients who choose in-shop pick-up can pay with cash or debit card via our secure merchant payment processing system. Delivery clients can pay with cash (COD) or securely with debit cards ("swipe") upon receiving their order.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Our website is kept secure with the latest security standards so even though no financial transactions are currently made on our platform, your (personal) details will be stored safely and securely.

How Do I Place An Order?

Orders can easily be placed online by selecting your product(s), entering the quantity and proceeding to the checkout page. Once you enter your details, the in-store pick-up and delivery options will become available. Once the order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the order details, along with the pick-up or delivery date.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders can be canceled or changed by calling or emailing us at sales@ingcocuracao,com before the pick-up or delivery date.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No, orders can be placed without creating an account. Having an account however will make the order process easier in the future, as contact details will not have to be filled in again. While logged in to your account you will also be able to see past order details.

How Can I Return a Product?

Products can be returned to our stores within two days, along with the original payment receipt. There are no cash refunds, but instead customers will be given cash vouchers that can exclusively be spent at General or Smart Home Depot. These vouchers will be valid for 2 years.
